"Super easy return, no stress at all"
I ended up needing to return a lamp because it just didn’t fit the spot I had in mind. The whole process was really straightforward, it was sorted faster than I expected. The refund came through without me having to follow up or chase anyone, which was such a relief. Really happy with how easy they made it!

I ordered a lamp from RoyalDesign to be shipped internationally, and overall I’m happy with how it went. The lamp was packed really well and arrived in perfect condition, which is the main thing. The tracking was decent too, though reading between the lines, once it got to customs there wasn’t much anyone could do and it just sat there longer than I expected. That part was a little frustrating, but I don’t think it was really RoyalDesign’s fault. In the end, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again

"Easy Payment, Just Wanted One More Choice"

"Arrived fine, but shipping??"
Everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping cost was a bit cheaper, you know?? It felt a little high for what it was.

"Not Exactly as Advertised"
Well, it’s not quite like the product page made it seem, which was a fun little surprise. I guess I was naive for expecting the item to actually match the photos and description. It’s not the worst thing ever, but definitely not what I thought I was getting.

"So Glad I Found It"
I’d been looking everywhere for this and couldn’t believe I finally found it here in stock. Ordering was easy, and it was such a relief after feeling like it was sold out everywhere else. i was so happy when I saw it available, it really made my day.

"Great selection, but sooo much scrolling"
They’ve got a really great range of stuff, honestly. I found a lot more options than I expected, which was nice, but I did feel like I spent way too long just browsing and clicking around to narrow things down. Not a bad experinece, just a bit much if you’re trying to shop quickly.

i mean, the order tracking worked fine and I could see where my package was the whole time. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal overall.

"No surprise duties, thankfully"
I was relieved that there were no surprise duties or extra charges. I’ve had orders before where you think you’re done paying, and then suddenly there’s a fee at delivery, or customs wants something extra, or the courier shows up with a random charge, or the total ends up being way more than expected. None of that happened here. What I paid was what I paid, the delivery was straightforward, and I didn’t have to deal with any awkward surprise payment at the door, which was really nice

"Packaging was really solid"
My order from royaldesign showed up packed really well, no dents, nothing rattling around inside. There was enough padding around everything and when I opened the box it all looked safe and properly looked after

Honestly that was the thing I was most worried about, so yeah I was happy. Nothing broken, no scratched corners, and it didn’t feel like they went overboard either. 5 stars from me

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
Ordered a lamp and it looked just like the pics on the site... color was right, size felt right too. No weird surprise when it showed up, which is always nice lol. Happy with it

I found what I needed on RoyalDesign.com way faster than I expected. The filters actually made sense, and the product pages had clear photos and all the info people always need before buying anything. Checkout was simple too, with no random weird steps or confusing stuff. the whole thing was just smooth from start to finish, and I’d definitely use it again

"Late reply and no real fix"
They got back to me late, and even after waiting, they didn’t actually solve the issue. That part was weird because I expected at least some kind of helpful answer.

They do have a nice selection of brands overall, but a few things I was specifically looking for were either missing completely or only had one or two options. It’s frustrating because I expected better, and it makes me lose a bit of trust in them when the selection doesn’t match what they seem to advertise.

I’m usually careful about where I shop online and where I enter my payment details, but ordering on royaldesign.com was totally straightforward. Checkout was simple, the payment went through quickly, and I got my order confirmation right away. No issues at all, so I’d feel comfortable using them again

"Good prices and no hassle"
Ordered a lamp and a few kitchen bits from RoyalDesign.com. Found the prices better than a couple other places I checked, even after adding shipping. Delivery was fine, not super fast but totally okay, and everything arrived in good shape. For what I paid, happy with it and would order from them again.

It looks nice, probably better than I expected at first glance. It does feel a little flimsy though, like it might not hold up super well over time, but for the price it seems okay

"Helpful customer service"
I had a question about my order since the tracking wasn’t updating, and I thought I’d be waiting a while, well, actually, I kind of expected a slow reply. But they got back to me quickly and actually checked it properly, not just some copy-paste response. The person was friendly and explained what was going on clearly. My order arrived fine in the end, so overall I’m happy with the service and would use Royaldesign again
